GETTING HERE
Special Blend Gravel Camp Fall will be headquartered at Horse Creek Lodge & Outfitters, located on 56228 Delta Drive in McKenzie Bridge, Oregon.
The Lodge is about 50 miles east of Eugene, 75 miles west of Bend, and 150 miles southeast of Portland.
Located about 50 miles from Eugene, Oregon, Horse Creek Lodge is the perfect spot for the fall Special Blend Gravel Camp! With miles and miles of trails, updated, cozy cabins, ample camping areas, and camp-style communal areas, this is a spot for adventure and fun!

SPECIAL BLEND GRAVEL CAMP REFUND POLICY

If Breakaway Promotions cancels the camp, a full refund will be issued.

Should the camp be canceled due to COVID a credit will be issued for the amount paid for the camp that may be applied to future camps, transferred to a different rider, or used for any of our events.

Camp registration is fully refundable if canceled greater than 60 days from camp start date. Full refund if cancelled by August 9th.

Camp registration is 50% refundable if canceled 60 to 31 days from camp start date. For Fall camp, 50% refund allowed from August 10th - September 9th.

No registration refund if canceled 30 days or less from camp start date. For Fall camp, no refunds after September 9th.

Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies.

WAITLIST- If not able to get into camp, full deposit refund OR $250 credit to future Breakaway Events.
