WHAT'S INCLUDED

3.5 days of riding, education, and community

3 nights at the historic Balch Hotel in Dufur, OR*: 20 rooms and 5 sprinter van spots. Sprinter Van spots will be discounted $400

HOTEL PACKAGE- Registration includes a fully inclusive camp experience including a room at the historic Balche Hotel. Rooms are private queen bed & shared bath. Option to upgrade to deluxe queen w/ private bathroom or a premium king suite in the merchandise section (4 available).

VAN PACKAGE- Registration includes van or camper parking at the Dufur City Park campground, less than 800 meters from the Balch Hotel. These spots will not have hookups however warm showers and immaculate bathrooms are available.

*All riders will receive a standard Queen Room unless they purchase the upgrade and quantities are limited.
Non-camper partners/significant others/friends are not allowed to stay in camp lodging.
For safety, no dogs are allowed.
We work very hard to ensure an exclusive and inviting camp experience.
GETTING HERE
The airport for Bend is actually in Redmond (RDM). Bend has a small municipal airport for private planes. Redmond has the only commercial airport.
Travel time from Redmond Airport to Dufur is under 2 hours. Even though Portland airport is about an hour and 45 minutes with traffic, ultimately it is faster to get from Redmond to Dufur because Redmond airport is so small that you will literally walk through it, grab your bag, and rental car in less than 15 minutes total. PDX you won't even make it to baggage claim in that time.
The downside to Redmond is limited flights and averages about $50 to $75 more per round trip ticket.
Our camp hotel is the Historic Balch Hotel, a boutique inn, which will serve as our home base for rides, seminars, and meals.
Founded in 1908, the hotel has been updated with a focus on sustainable practices of eco-hospitality, supportive community, and creating a more luscious and delightful world.

SPECIAL BLEND GRAVEL CAMP REFUND POLICY

If Breakaway Promotions cancels the camp, a full refund will be issued.

Should the camp be canceled due to COVID a credit will be issued for the amount paid for the camp that may be applied to future camps, transferred to a different rider, or used for any of our events.

Camp registration is fully refundable if canceled greater than 60 days from the camp start date.

Camp registration is 50% refundable if canceled 60 to 31 days from the camp start date.

No registration refund if canceled 30 days or less from the camp start date.

Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies.
