OREGON TRAIL STAGE-RACE TRAINING PLAN
A 16-WEEK TRAINING PLAN DESIGN TO HELP YOU MEET THE SPECIFIC NEEDS OF A 5-DAY GRAVEL ADVENTURE
The Oregon Trail Gravel Stage Race is a uniquely demanding five-day, point-to-point event that rewards preparation, durability, and smart execution. To help athletes arrive confident and ready, Special Blend Endurance Coaching has developed a 16-week Oregon Trail Training Plan that guides you from early spring through race week.
This plan is designed for those looking to complete the Settler Route, including Friday’s Time Trial. If you are registered for the Pioneer and not currently engaged in structured training, this plan will elevate your riding, racing, and enhance your experience during race week!
The plan kicks off Monday, March 23, and carries you all the way through the final stage of the Oregon Trail. It is delivered directly to your TrainingPeaks account (compatible with both free and premium versions), making it easy to follow, adapt, and execute alongside your existing training tools.
